Returns & Exchanges Policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS
- Returns & exchanges are available for domestic orders.
- A ₹50 handling fee will be deducted from all return requests.
Not eligible for return/exchange:
- Gift boxes
- Sarees with fall & edging
- Pre-draped sarees

Time Window
- All return or exchange requests must be raised within 6 days of delivery.
- Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at returns@hutsandlooms.com
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 4-5 days.
Refunds
- Refunds are initiated only after the product passes quality checks.
- For orders below ₹1,500, refunds are issued as a credit note.
- Refund processing may take up to 20 days after the product reaches our warehouse.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed once per order.
- Exchange products must be of equal or higher value.
- A second exchange, if requested, will incur a ₹250 shipping fee.
- Once an exchanged product has been delivered, it is not eligible for return.
Damaged / Defective Products
- Please do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged
- Contact us immediately at returns@hutsandlooms.com
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued after quality checks.
- Products damaged through use are not eligible for exchange/refund.
Special Collections
Loom Room Sarees
- Exchange only.
- A credit note will be issued (₹50 deducted from product value)
- No coupons applicable
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Returns & exchanges are not applicable due to logistical constraints.
