Unused items not purchased during any sale or Payday Sale are eligible for exchange, returns, and refunds. Products with discount coupons applied at checkout or pop up price drop or any other coupon without sale name are also eligible for returns and exchanges.

Terms & Conditions for Returns & Exchanges: Items with original packaging and labels intact can be returned or exchanged within 6 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please send a request to returns@hutsandlooms.com.

Refunds will be processed once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes the necessary quality checks, typically within 7 days after pick-up. For exchanges, the new product will be dispatched after the original item is collected from your location.
