PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. What are the acceptable modes of payment?
Huts & Looms accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and are also linked with _Netbanking_ for your convenience. RTGS and NEFT options can be used. All orders are initiated only after the payment is processed and received.

2. What if my payment method fails?
There could be a multitude of reasons for this. Please ensure that you have a strong and active internet connection to successfully take you through the process. Please re-enter your debit or credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. If the problem persists, please check with your bank for any other reasons. 3. Are there any additional taxes involved?
Our domestic prices are inclusive of GST taxes which are applicable at checkout. For international users, International taxes would be applicable as per actuals to the country being delivered.

4. Will my payment information be saved?
No, we do not store any credit or debit card information on our website for the security of our customers.


GARMENT CARE

1. How often should my garments be cleaned?
The articles should be dry cleaned based on the frequency of wear. They should generally be steam pressed to maintain the sheen of the fabric without damaging it.

2. Are the kurtis prone to shrinking?
All kurti fabrics at Huts & Looms are prewashed to minimize the possibility of them shrinking. High heat and tumble dry must be avoided to maintain the longevity of the fabric.


DELIVERY / SHIPPING / ONLINE ORDERS

1. To what countries does Huts & Looms ship?
Domestic : Free shipping

International: As per actual cost based on the country being shipped to. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customers.

2. How long will my order take to get shipped?
All our orders generally take 7-8 working days to ship. In case of a delay, the customer will be notified on the registered email ID.

3. What if there is a change in my shipping address after the order has been placed?
There are two ways to successfully make this change.
(ii) You could email us on ___hello@hutsandlooms.com________ within 24 hours of the order being placed and state your order details along with the new updated address.

4. How can my order be tracked?
After the order is placed, your registered customer ID will receive an automated email with a tracking link to the order. You can review and track your order there. Often, it may take up to 24 hours to update a dispatched order.

5. What if the items received are damaged or defective?
This is highly unlikely but if a damaged or defective item is received, please contact Huts & Looms on our email : _____hello@hutsandlooms.com_____as soon as possible with details of the defect and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
