1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallet payments. For custom orders, we also support RTGS/NEFT. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available for all domestic orders below ₹5,000. Orders above ₹5,000 require prepaid payment. COD is not available for international orders.
3. What if my payment fails?
Check your internet connection and card details. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or email us at care@hutsandlooms.com.
4. Will my card details be saved?
No, we do not store any payment details. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
5. Are taxes and shipping charges included?

Domestic orders include GST at checkout.

International orders may attract shipping fees, which are borne by the customer.
🚚 DELIVERY & SHIPPING
1. Where do you ship?
We ship across India (free shipping!) and worldwide. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
2. How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 7–8 working days. In case of delays, you will be notified via email.
3. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. It may take 24 hours to update.
4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes — email us at care@hutsandlooms.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
5. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, on request. Please email us before placing your order if you need expedited shipping.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery if:

It is not a discounted/customized product
2. How do I raise a return or exchange request?
Please email us at care@hutsandlooms.com with your order number, reason, and clear pictures (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.
3. Are return pickups chargeable?
Yes, return pickups may carry a ₹150 charge, which will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are usually free for the first request.
4. How long does the refund take?
Once the returned item passes QC, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Can I exchange a product for something else?
Yes! Subject to stock availability, we’re happy to exchange your item for a different product of equal or higher value.
👗 GARMENT CARE
1. How should I clean my sarees?

Dry clean only for tissue, organza, silk, and delicate fabrics

Hand wash only for cotton sarees (cold water, mild detergent)

Avoid washing zari borders and metallic threads
2. Can I iron my saree at home?

Use low heat only (silk mode or medium heat)

Do not steam iron tissue or organza

Always place a cotton cloth over the saree while ironing
3. How should I store my sarees?

Store sarees in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight

Wrap delicate sarees in muslin cloths to maintain their texture and sheen

1. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
This is rare, but if it happens — please email us at care@hutsandlooms.com with photos. We’ll make it right, no questions asked.
2. I can’t find my order number. What should I do?
Check your inbox or messages for the order confirmation. It starts with a #. If you still can’t find it, reach out to our team.
