This cream handloom cotton saree features traditional Bagru hand-block printing in a balanced mix of floral and linear stripe patterns. DOMESTIC ORDERS

Returns & exchanges are available for domestic orders.
A ₹50 handling fee will be deducted from all return requests.

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 4-5 days.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after the product passes quality checks.
For orders below ₹1,500, refunds are issued as a credit note.
Refund processing may take up to 20 days after the product reaches our warehouse.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed once per order.
Exchange products must be of equal or higher value.
A second exchange, if requested, will incur a ₹250 shipping fee.
Once an exchanged product has been delivered, it is not eligible for return.

Damaged / Defective Products

Please do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued after quality checks.
Products damaged through use are not eligible for exchange/refund.
