The Pataka gold and green dual-tone handwoven tissue saree with dark green border is a magnificent expression of tradition and elegance crafted over two days, inspired by the Pataka Asamyukta Hasta Mudra, which symbolizes power, grace, and dignity. If you choose a saree with fall, we will cut the blouse piece from the saree to ensure a smooth finish and send you the cut piece along with the saree.

Special Care: Tissue and Organza sarees should be dry-cleaned to maintain their delicate fabric.

Ironing Guidelines for Tissue and Organza sarees:

Avoid using steam, as it may cause the fabric to lose its crisp texture.

Use a low-heat setting (silk mode or medium heat).

Place a thin cotton cloth over the saree while ironing to prevent direct heat damage.

Ironing Guidelines
* Cotton & Linen Sarees:
– Set your iron to the cotton or linen mode.
– Avoid ironing at home if the saree has embellishments, hand screen prints, or block prints.

* Silk Banarasi, Tissue & Organza Sarees:
– Do not use a steam iron, as it can reduce the crispness of the fabric.
– If ironing is needed, use a low-heat (silk mode) setting, though dry cleaning remains the safest option.
– Always place a thin cotton cloth over the saree while ironing to protect it from direct heat.

Storage Tips
* Keep your saree in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
* Wrap it in a muslin or cotton cloth to let the fabric breathe and to avoid yellowing over time.

Domestic Order Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

1.  Policy on Returns & Exchanges During Sale

·       ✅ Orders using the GOLD coupon (10% off): Eligible for both returns and exchanges.

·       ✅ Orders using the FESTIVE15 coupon: Eligible for both returns and exchanges.

·       ✅ Orders without any coupon: Eligible for both returns and exchanges.

·       🔁 Orders using any other discount coupon offering more than 15% off: Eligible for one-time exchange only (❌ No returns).

2. How to Request a Return/Exchange:

·       Initiate the process by emailing returns@hutsandlooms.com within 6 days of receiving your product.

Note: Any requests for return or exchange made after 6 days from receiving the product will not be accepted.

3. Return Process:

·  Upon email confirmation, a reverse pickup will be arranged (processing time: 2–3 days)

·       The received product must be unused, with the label intact and in its original packaging.

·       After receiving the product (usually takes 7–10 days to reach our warehouse) and completing a quality check, we will initiate a refund via online payment methods (typically within 7 days of the product being received at our warehouse).

·       For orders up to ₹1,500, we do not offer refunds. Instead, a credit note of the same value will be issued.

·       Sarees with fall and edging are not eligible for exchange or return.

Note: Refunds are subject to the product passing our quality checks. 

4.Exchange Process:

·      Once confirmed via email, a reverse
pickup will be arranged (processing time: 2–3 days).

·      The returned product must be unused, with the label intact, and in its original packaging.

·      After the product is picked up, it
usually takes 7–10 days to reach us. Once it passes quality control, we will
proceed with the exchange within 1–2 days.

·      Exchange is allowed only once. For a
second exchange, customers will need to pay ₹250 to cover forward and reverse shipping charges.

·      Exchange is possible only for
products of equal or higher value; products of lesser value will not be
accepted.

·      No returns are accepted once a
product has already been exchanged and received by the customer.

  
Note: Exchanges are processed post-quality checks.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:

·       You may request an exchange for damaged or defective products.

·       The returned product must be unused, with the label intact and in its original packaging.

·       Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears to be damaged.

Exceptions:

·      Products damaged through use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

·      If we are unable to replace a
damaged or defective product, a refund will be issued.

International Order Return & Exchange Policy

At Huts & Looms, we currently do
not offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to logistical
constraints. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise,
and  are happy to assist wherever
possible.

If you still wish to return your
order, we may be able to make an exception under the following
conditions:

1.     ✅ The return must be initiated and arranged by the customer
at their own expense.

2.     ✅ The product must be unused, with the label intact, and in
its original packaging.

3.     ✅ Once we receive the product and it passes our quality
check (QC), we will process a refund within 7 days of receiving the
item.

4.     ✅ Please note that the refund will be initiated via online
payment modes only.
