Unused items with original packaging and labels intact within 6 days of delivery will be eligible for returns and exchange.
Return or exchange can be initiated by dropping a request to returns@hutsandlooms.com.
The refund will be initiated once the product is received at our warehouse and passes quality checks (approximately 7 days after pick up).
For exchange, the new product will be dispatched post receiving the original product , picked up from the customers end.
