In Hindu mythology, the god Krishna is often depicted with a garland of purple flowers around his neck, which is said to represent his divine and enchanting nature. In Japanese mythology, there is a legend of a purple spider lily, which is said to bloom only in the underworld and is associated with death and rebirth.

Returns & Exchanges Policy 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

• Returns & exchanges are available for domestic orders.
• A ₹50 handling fee will be deducted from all return requests.

Not eligible for return/exchange: 

• Gift boxes
• Sarees with fall & edging
• Pre-draped sarees

Time Window

• All return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated.
  
  

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Email us at returns@hutsandlooms.com
• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 4-5 days.
  
  

Refunds

• Refunds are initiated only after the product passes quality checks.
• For orders below ₹1,500, refunds are issued as a credit note.
• Refund processing may take up to 20 days after the product reaches our warehouse.
  
  

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed once per order.
• Exchange products must be of equal or higher value.
• A second exchange, if requested, will incur a ₹250 shipping fee.
• Once an exchanged product has been delivered, it is not eligible for return.
  
  

Damaged / Defective Products

• Please do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged
• Contact us immediately at returns@hutsandlooms.com
• If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued after quality checks.
• Products damaged through use are not eligible for exchange/refund.
