Domestic Order Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
We prioritise your satisfaction and are committed to ensuring your happiness with every Huts and Looms product. If you ever find yourself dissatisfied, our customer-centric return/exchange policy is designed to address your concerns and make things right.
Policy on Returns & Exchanges During Sale
- Orders using the GOLD coupon (10% off): Eligible for both returns and exchanges.
- Orders using the FESTIVE25 coupon: Eligible for both returns and exchanges.
- Orders without any coupon: Eligible for both returns and exchanges.
- No returns and exchanges are available on the gift boxes.
How to Request a Return/Exchange:
Note: Any requests for return or exchange made after 6 days from receiving the product will not be accepted.
Return Process:
- Upon email confirmation, a reverse pickup will be arranged (processing time: 2–3 days)
- The received product must be unused, with the label intact, and in its original packaging.
- A return handling fee of ₹50 will be deducted for every return request.
- After the product reaches our warehouse (typically 7–10 days) and passes our quality check, we will initiate your refund via online payment methods (usually within 20 days of the product being received at our warehouse).
- For orders up to ₹1,500, we do not offer refunds; instead, a credit note of the same value will be issued.
- Sarees with fall and edging are not eligible for exchange or return.
Note: Refunds are subject to the product passing our quality checks.
Exchange Process:
- Once confirmed via email, a reverse pickup will be arranged (processing time: 2–3 days).
- The returned product must be unused, with the label intact, and in its original packaging.
- After the product is picked up, it usually takes 7–10 days to reach us. Once it passes quality control, we will proceed with the exchange within 1–2 days.
- Exchange is allowed only once. For a second exchange, customers will need to pay ₹250 to cover forward and reverse shipping charges.
- Exchange is possible only for products of equal or higher value; products of lesser value will not be accepted.
- No returns are accepted once a product has already been exchanged and received by the customer.
Note: Exchanges are processed post-quality checks.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- You may request an exchange for damaged or defective products.
- The returned product must be unused, with the label intact, and in its original packaging.
- Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears to be damaged.
Exceptions:
- Products damaged through use are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- If we are unable to replace a damaged or defective product, a refund will be issued.
International Order Return & Exchange Policy
- At Huts & Looms, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to logistical constraints. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise, and are happy to assist wherever possible.
- If you still wish to return your order, we may be able to make an exception under the following conditions:
- The return must be initiated and arranged by the customer at their own expense.
- The product must be unused, with the label intact, and in its original packaging.
- Once we receive the product and it passes our quality check (QC), we will process a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Please note that the refund will be initiated via online payment modes only.
Return Policy for Loom Room Sarees
1. If you would like to return a Loom Room Saree, please email us at returns@hutsandlooms.com.
2. Once we receive your request, our team will get in touch and issue a credit note, with ₹50 deducted from the selling price of the product.
For example, if a saree is priced at ₹1200, you will receive a credit note of ₹1150.
3. Kindly note that Loom Room Sarees are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
P.S.- No promotional codes, or coupons will be applicable on Loom Room sarees.
Exchange-Only Policy for Boardroom Basics Sarees
For our Boardroom Basics sarees, we follow an Exchange-Only policy.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for this collection.
• Only exchanges are permitted.
• A ₹50 logistics fee will be applicable for every exchange request to cover pickup and reshipment.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Exchange is subject to availability.
• Exchange is allowed only once for this collection.
