mrinmayi handloom saree
Jamdani woven for centuries in South Rupshi of Narayanganj district in Bangladesh on the bank of Shitalakhwa river. Jamdani is typically woven using a mixture of cotton and gold thread.
This #Handwoven #Jamdani is woven with traditional jamdani geometrical motifs with zari. The ineffable combination of purple base and silver zari jamdani on it, makes this unique as the muted sheen catches the day and shines at dusk.
